QuickTime and WAV examples

Your browser must support Java 1.1 or newer and be able to download the applet and JMF JAR archive in order to view the applet. Please be sure that you also have JMF 1.1 (or subsequent) configured to work within your browser before attempting to run the demo. Visit the JMF web site for more information on the system and software requirements.

These two examples use exactly the same JMF player applet, built using Sun's JMF 2.1.1a implementation. Screenshots below show the applet running using the JMF 1.1 all-Java player, while the demos above are running using the version of JMF that you have installed on your system.

The only difference between the video and audio demos above is the value of their ASSET PARAM. This PARAM is used to specify the name of the media file to be rendered by JMFApplet (aplo11.mov for the first example, aplo16.wav for the second).
